Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. Provider and scope
TÜM Social Management is operated by Tüm Holding GmbH, Bethmannstraße 7-9, 60311 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, commercial register HRB 138689. These terms apply to the use of the panel at sm.evrenordu.com by workspace owners and invited team members.
2. Access
There is no public registration. Only people invited by the provider or by the owner of a workspace receive access. Sign-in credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared. Suspected unauthorized access must be reported without delay to the address below.
3. Services
The panel helps prepare content, connect social media and communication accounts, plan publications and handle customer messages in a shared inbox. Publications, replies and campaigns are transmitted only after explicit confirmation by an authorized user. No particular availability or feature set is guaranteed; features may be changed, extended or discontinued.
4. User obligations
Users use the panel only for lawful purposes. They ensure that they hold the necessary rights to content they upload and publish, and that the required consents exist for messages to customers, in particular via WhatsApp. Unsolicited bulk messages, misleading content and circumventing security or platform limits are prohibited.
5. Third-party services
Connected platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business), Google and YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok, as well as AI providers, are subject to their own terms and policies, which users also comply with. The provider is not responsible for the availability, decisions or changes of these services. Fees charged by a platform, for example for WhatsApp template messages, are borne by the owner of the respective workspace.
6. AI features
Text and media generated by AI features are suggestions. Users check them for accuracy, third-party rights and suitability before any publication or sending.
7. Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions. For slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of service. Liability for slight negligence is otherwise excluded.
8. Suspension and termination
The provider may suspend access in the event of a breach of these terms or a security risk. Owners may remove team members and disconnect accounts at any time. Deletion of data follows the Data deletion instructions.
9. Privacy
How personal data is processed is described on the Privacy and data management page.
10. Changes and governing law
The provider may change these terms with effect for the future; the date above shows the version in force. German law applies. Contact: info@tuemholding.com.
